The ACAE Board of Directors extends its many thanks to Angela Loavenbruck for the major donation that she provided to ACAE during 2011. Dr. Loavenbruck was the first Chair of ACAE and is currently a board member.

The ACAE Board of Directors extends its many thanks to the American Academy of Audiology Foundation (AAAF) for the generous grant that it received in Decembr 2011.

ACAE Corner in Audiology Today:

Look for the second article in the ACAE Corner series of AT in the January/February issue by Maureen Valente, Ph.D., Director of Audiology Studies, Program in Audiology and Communication Sciences, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis MO. The articles will emphasize accreditation, audiology education or higher education and will appear in an ACAE section of the magazine. Afterwards, we hope to continue with articles from faculty members and students from these programs. Be sure to look for them in the upcoming issues!

ACAE features relevant links to articles in accreditation and higher education on its website under Publications. The articles are written by ACAE Board of Directors, audiologists and professionals who have a keen interest in maintaining audiology education excellence.
